“Well, after reading others comments, I wonder where this hilarious comments come from. Today 30.07.2025 it has been raining all day, as we stay in the basement the water is going down in the kitchen and bathroom. A couple weeks ago I mentioned that situation before, as there was as well a good pour of rain. Provided pics as well, yes the reply was kind of fast 'sorry Mister our maintenance service 'Guy' is not available to fix the issue. Until today, nobody turned up... Mr Harlin is actually a very kind person, but the room we are staying in lacks of service, such as the Toilet is not proper fitted, the door lock is difficult to lock or open. The Water is with rainfall visibly running inside the back of kitchen and there are electric wiring existent. In terms of happiness, i am dissapointed. Another hoax provided by the owner. I have already said last month that we intend to stay until 23th of July, the Boss wife said, I had to pay daily rates which would have equaled to roughly 1,6Mill IDR. I said, OK fine we will stay until 07th August and move out. Today the owners wife speak in tone with me, horrifying, because I hanged my waterprotection outside at the hinge of window (please see attached foto). Also after the weird communication with the couple the owner suggested that we should move out. But please reimburse for our verbal agreement for 7 days. That what we have paid already, he did refuse and reconfirmed our time in Sabua until the 7th of August. The most funny thing is, Mr Harlin 3-4says ago came to me,and, "What time you will checking out on the 07.08?" I answered in the morning time. He said "good I need to clean the place". In my way of perception they have a new tenant.... The problem with the water is long existing, but they do not do anything... Shalom dari Orang Kristen until yang orang Kristen juga.”
