The Vine Residence

“I stayed at around beginning 2021, the property is good, location is quite easy for transportation eventho didnt have parking space for car just for motorcycle, the keeper are friendly and helpfull, when I first stay there is no problem at all at the first 1-3 month and I assume that occupancy is quite low due the pandemic but since the offices are starting waking up from work from home many rooms are occupied then the problems starts from here.. I am not blame if the occupancy is full but property need to well prepare The first problem starts with my AC maybe is just need some maintenance things, routine for washing the AC every 2 months but still AC is always condensed, then the main problems start with WATER that means water is the most important things for human, the property provide Hot and Cold water but ALWAYS BE TROUBLE such as there is no water coming at all even the cold one, and the keeper said have trouble on the machine need to change, after change the problems is still same and REPEAT, we have such a group on whatsapp and always say the complaint and the keeper just can be the bridge to the owner that some of neighbour try to chat to owner but very slow respons while the WATER PROBLEMS IS BIG for me as a worker. We need some communicative with the owner with every problems, this property is quite good and it will be awesome if the management improve, I tried many times to find the other property if doesnt improve So, may the management or the owner considered Thanks”
