“First of all, I visited Livo Kost, located on Jl. Kartini near Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta. It's right next to Jl. Gunung Sahari, right off the main road. *ADVANTAGES* 1. I visited this boarding house because a friend was also staying there. So, I decided to go there. My first impression of Livo Kost: A very spacious basement-style motorcycle parking area, with limited space for cars due to the very narrow location and inadequate alley. Several four-wheeled vehicles were parked outside the alley, about two or three vehicles each. 2. 24-hour CCTV from the outside, parking lot, hallway, and cooking area, and the caretaker is also guarded by the boarding house caretaker. The caretaker is very friendly, and the cleaning lady is also very friendly. 3. The building is very nice, modern, classic, with spacious hallways and spacious rooms. There's a wardrobe, chair, table, closet, and shower (no hot water, which is a shame). There's a balcony on the ground floor, as well as a cooking area. 4. Also available for "DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY RENTAL"; just contact the boarding house keeper directly. It's up to you. *CONSULTATIONS* 1. Lots of cats roaming around, resulting in trash cans strewn about, stairs, and floors very dirty. 2. No hot water for the shower. 3.
