“Lived there for about 3 months and finally decided to move: Minus: - The water heater didnt work, and even though we told the staff we needed it fixed, nothing changed except the last 2 weeks we were there. - Some rooms drink and are loud until 2-3am, even though we complained to management after a while, they continued, so it seems its allowed. Feel really bad for those with small chidren, because everyone could hear it, and almost all the neighbours complained. - The bed was AWFUL, the lower part had a big hole in the mattress, so we sank down in the middle, asked the staff if we could change it, but didnt get any feedback. Had to put the top mattress on the floor in the end to be able to sleep comfortably. - The water gives you a very "slippery" feeling after you shower, as if you have soap on you. - The drain always clogged, for all the houses, making the shower area filled with dirty water for days. - VERY expensive electricity, most expensive place I have stayed at for basically just an AC draining electricity. Positive: - nothing. Bad owners.”
